Privacy Policy

Bank Statement to Excel processes uploaded financial documents to extract transaction data, generate reviewable records, and prepare spreadsheet exports. We retain uploaded files, parsed rows, usage records, and export logs only to operate the service.

Access to application data is restricted through account authentication, row-level security, and private object storage. We do not sell customer data. Data is stored and processed by infrastructure providers required to deliver the service, including hosting, authentication, storage, and billing vendors.

Customers are responsible for uploading only documents they are authorized to process. If you need data deletion, export copies of your information first and contact support at support@satosushi.co.
